A personal story behind the system Y.U. was built to become.
A few years ago I did the math on my own life. Overweight, exhausted, avoiding my reflection. My father had a heart attack at forty, and my own timeline had already started.
I went to my doctor prepared. I got a quick yes, a suggestion to lose weight, and the end of the appointment. So it fell to me.
Two years of podcasts, a trainer, physical therapy, and carrying instructions between practitioners who never spoke. I had a medical education. It still was not enough.
What ended it was not another specialist. It was one person who held the whole picture and would not let me quietly disappear from my own goals. We call that role your Will Engineer.
That is what we built. One team. One plan. One score.

A job the structure cannot do, does not disappear. It gets handed to somebody else. It gets handed to you.

You should be in control of your health. But it is our responsibility, the people inside health care, to filter the noise and turn your data into a plan you can actually follow. Too often, that work has no owner.
Nobody should have to be their own courier.

Y.U. is founder-led, but it is not founder-centered. You will not find our faces at the top of this page, because the practice is not built around a personality. Our clinicians are licensed, credentialed, and accountable for the care they provide, and every provider who cares for you will be named, with their credentials, before you meet them.
